CCOO: "Success in the concentration of the staff members of the administration of justice serving in Molina de Segura" (21/12/2009)

The officials and officers serving in Molina de Segura courts have assisted in its entirety a 30-minute stoppage to protest the forced mobility that the Ministry of Justice wants to impose a six officers and officials of the Legal Aid Corps, which wants to Murcia transfer during the implementation of the New Judicial Office, contrary to legal provisions that provide that in any town will change.

If the Ministry of Justice handle requests can not be ruled no action, including indefinite strike.
