The visit to the repair work carried out by the Autonomous Community of Murcia in houses of public promotion of Molina de Segura, through Fix Plan, took place on Friday 23 October, in the Barrio de Fátima.
Attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, the director of the Institute for Housing and Land in the Region of Murcia, Juana Castillo Ruiz, Councilman City Council Housing Molina de Segura, Cayetano Ros hurt, and Welfare Councillor Social Worship Molina López.
The properties affected by the works are 6 residential blocks (totaling 94 homes) located in the streets Master Naville, Guernica, Alicante and Lorca Avenue (three blocks) in the Barrio de Fátima.
To do this, have received a total investment of 200,000 euros, financed by the Autonomous Community of Murcia, through the Housing and Land Institute.
The buildings affected by the works are:
Avda García Lorca, No. 22 (16 dwellings): facade treatment, treatment of covers, interior paint and elevator modernization.
Avda García Lorca, No. 24 (16 dwellings): treatment of covers, interior paint and elevator modernization.
Avda García Lorca, 26 (16 homes): treatment of roofs, interior painting and elevator modernization.
C / Guernica, No. 32 (16 dwellings): treatment of the facade, built mailbox placement, treatment of roofs, repair of window boxes, interior painting, metalwork and electrical installation.
C / Maestro Naville, No. 5 (12 units): treatment of the facade, built mailbox placement, execution of dividing, treatment of roofs, interior painting, metalwork, electrical, electronic door and installation of access ramp.
C / Alicante, No. 28 (18 houses): treatment of roofs, interior painting, electrical and elevator modernization.
