The Minister of Presidency and Public Administration, María Pedro Reverte, and the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras, will present tomorrow (at 10:00 am in the Plenary Hall of the Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura) Prevention Week Fire, sponsored by the Foundation Mapfre, Technical Association of Professional Firefighters (APTB) and the Consortium for Fire Fighting and Rescue Region of Murcia (CEIS).
This Fire Prevention Week, which starts in Molina de Segura, travel another 15 Spanish cities with the goal of moving people the knowledge of self needed to fires that may occur in their homes, in their environment or their workplaces.
The presentation of the Week will also participate APTB president, Javier Navarrete, and the general director of Prevention, Health, and Environment of the Foundation Mapfre, Antonio Guzmán.
The program of activities starts tomorrow Monday, March 28, with the presentation of the CEIS to media and conducting an exhibition with live ammunition.
The Fire Prevention Week runs until Friday, October 2, with different self talks on school and at home, rescue and evacuation drills and plays aimed at schoolchildren.
Among other activities, the program includes a mock rescue Rescue Canine Unit of Civil Protection of the City of Molina de Segura, the representation of the child's play 'The Fortune and a firefighter, directed to students of Primary Education and an open house at Fire munipio Park, where there will be exhibits, exercises and drills.
