The presentation of the proposed extension of the Ciudad del Transporte de Molina de Segura and construction of Driver Training Centre took place today Tuesday 20 January, in the same Ciudad del Transporte de Molina de Segura (in Polígono Industrial La Serreta .)
Attended by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and the Director of Public Works and Planning of the Region of Murcia, José Ballesta Germain.
The General Plan Municipal de Molina de Segura Management provides an area of over 16,000 m 2 for uses in transportation logistics, located just north of City Transportation.
The land within this area, obtained by the city of Molina de Segura as an assignment related to urban management Performance Unit UAI/M8 industrial, will go to the enlargement of the Ciudad del Transporte de Molina de Segura.
In addition, using this extension will be built Driver Training Centre, comprising an area for conducting driving practices, movement and maneuver, and a place that will have classrooms, classroom / workshop and administrative areas.
The plot will be conditioned for truck traffic and practice area, by grading and paving of the same.
It added horizontal and vertical signaling, infrastructure rainwater drainage, lighting and fully fenced.
The building destined for Driver Training Center will have exterior dimensions 36.00 m.
x 17.00 m.
With these dimensions, the surface of the new classrooms will have the area required to get approval as a driver training center and include: three rooms for a minimum of 15 students, a workshop room with moat and tool room, reception area; secretarial and management facilities; room coordination, staffroom, toilets, and front porch.
The deadline for the completion of the work is 6 months and the planned investment amounts to EUR 1,080,504.67.
