Note from PSOE:
The Municipal Socialist Group has claimed that the PP does not allow access to certain records from July of last year, when the law determines that it has five days maximum to provide the required information.
The records are "locked" have to do with the state of the penalty to the company that made earthworks "illegal" in phase VI of Chorrico, electric transformer location of the buildings in the Plaza de Europa, the price change report public 2008, among others.
A total of 10 records have not been consulted by the Socialist Group.
In addition to not complying with the law, this attitude of obscurantism and obstruction democratic tell much of a mayor who boasts, accurately, that from which it suffers.
If the PP does not have anything to hide do not understand that does not allow the PSOE opposition to conduct their work as established by law.
