The Governing Council has approved a grant of 200,000 euros to the city of Molina de Segura remodel to convert a former school for supervised housing for people with chronic mental illness.

Specifically, we condition the old school 'party down' situated in the hamlet of La Ribera de Molina de Segura.

The building is isolated in a plot, it dating back 40 years and ten years ago was used as a home and school, and now had no use.

The plot is of 1,664 square meters floor area is 430 square meters.

The Corporation agreed in 2007 local grant the use of the property to the Association of Relatives and Mentally Ill of Molina de Segura (AFESMO).

The City provides 66,667 euros in local land values and renovation.
