The defense of health courts is one of the topics that will address tomorrow during the International University of the Sea takes place in the Agricultural Training Centre in Molina de Segura.
In this roundtable, which will start at 12.30 hours, speeches by Supreme Court judge Justice of the Region of Murcia Joaquin Moreno, the founder of the Spanish Association of Healthcare Risk Management, José María Ruiz, and attorney María Teresa García.
The sessions of the day 17 and day 18 will be devoted respectively to the history and health data protection and the new Medicines Act.
This course on "Rights and duties of patients and users of health" is directed by Professors of Civil Law at the University of Murcia Maria Belen Andreu and Juan Antonio Fernández.
