The City of Molina de Segura has implemented all the necessary mechanisms in place in the Municipal Commission for Assistance to people at risk of eviction, once Tuesday January 19 municipal social services were aware of a launch of a house in La Ribera de Molina, scheduled for Wednesday January 20, at 09.30 hours.
The result of the municipal intervention has been the suspension of the release.
The municipal social services were not aware of such a situation, as neither had been required the performance of the local police.
In view of the above background, they have themselves known in the house first thing in the morning the technical and legal services of the Municipal Office of Consumer Information (OMIC), together with municipal social workers.
There have filed the necessary arrangements with the bank, both in the office where the mortgage as the coordinator of the area of ​​that entity.
It has also requested the suspension of the release before the Court of First Instance and Instruction No. 4 of Molina de Segura, based on the requirements of Royal Decree 27/2012, of 15 November, as the affected is greater 65 and has certification of disability, as reflected in the aforementioned Royal Decree.
"However, there are parallel actions making information and guidance, in order to the possibility of access to social housing for rent," said the Councillor for Social Welfare, Lola Vicente Quiles.
