The closing ceremony of the 2015 Summer Adapted Multisport School of the City of Molina de Segura took place Thursday July 30 at the Sports Pavilion IES Francisco de Goya.
Attended by the Mayor of Molina de Segura, Eduardo Contreras Linares, Councillor for Sports, Sonia Carrillo Marble, Councillor for Social Welfare, Lola Vicente Quiles, and the Councillor for Equality, María José Hernández Cano.
The City of Molina de Segura, through the Department of Sports, Social Welfare and Equality, organized for the tenth time during the month of July School Multisport Adapted, which this year has again received a large number of participants (they are exceeded the 50 places available).
The students have enjoyed different sports and water activities.
As in previous years, there have been visits to the Municipal Nursery of Molina de Segura, the Terra Natura Water Park and Cala El Pino, La Manga, in collaboration with the Association Dedim (Sport and Disability Molina).
It also celebrated the VI Solidarity Race, which has raised money for the project Build a nursery run by the NGO Smile Nepal to help children in Nepal affected by the recent earthquake that devastated much of the country.
For the second year, students have received a driver education course, taught for several days by the local police, and visited the fire station to meet his work in Molina de Segura.
As a novelty, has conducted a tour of the old town of Molina de Segura, organized by the Tourist Office, and various sports including sessions with the students of the Integra program and integration program for people with Social and Labor disability, developed by the Department of Social Welfare.
The ceremony ended with a concert by the group Subvais Reggae.
