The City of Molina de Segura, in session Local Government Committee held on June 23, has agreed to the accession to the Framework Agreement for Cooperation between the Ministry of Public Administration and the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces to promote and facilitate the development of the Law 19/2013, of December 9, Transparency, access to public information and good governance.
This membership will allow the City of Molina de Segura publish institutional information, legislation and economic, using an adapted Transparency Portal on the Internet version of the State, as well as responding to requests for access to public information that citizens can make.
The City Council has joined molinense successfully, other technology platforms that the Central Government has made available to local authorities, such as: Contractor Profile, Embark on 3 and general entry point for electronic invoices (FACE) .
Transparency Portal enables cloud municipalities meet the requirements of the Law 19/2013, of December 9;
homogenizing the information published by all municipalities without financial cost attached to the local entity.
Once launched the pilot project, the time to make it available to local authorities will be one month since the accession.
