The first marriage was registered in the Registry of Molina de Segura in 2000 and the second in the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco in Valencia in 2006
National Police agents have arrested a, resident of the town of Molina de Segura as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against family relations, specifically for bigamy Moroccan citizen.
Research on this fact have carried out the officers of the Local Immigration and Border Brigade of the National Police Station of Molina de Segura, discovering that included a Moroccan national married to two women at once;
with the first, a Spanish citizen, married as contained in the Civil Registry of Molina de Segura in 2000, after he married a woman of Moroccan nationality in 2006, as contained in the registry of the Consulate General of the Kingdom Morocco in Valencia.
In both cases the goal of these marriages was to get to regularize their situation in our country documentation.
As a result of these events on April 27 they proceeded to the arrest of the Moroccan citizen of 39 years old and a resident of Molina de Segura, imputing a crime against family relations.
The operation was conducted by agents of the National Police Station of Molina de Segura in the Police Headquarters of Murcia.
