The PSOE candidate for Mayor of Molina de Segura, Esther Clavero, claiming that the City meets the ordinance regulating hawking the new law and requiring the Autonomous editing digital guide to the markets and flea markets held in the different municipalities of the Region of Murcia.
Clavero takes this proposal through a motion to be debated in full next Monday and which also calls for the Consistory forward the resolution adopted and the necessary documentation to markets Molina is incorporated into this digital guide.
The motion ensures that the Law 3/2014 of July 2, itinerant or sedentary sale in the region of Murcia, says "two issues of difficult compliance of regional administration and local councils if you do not act quickly."
Thus, the additional provision reads: "The Autonomous Community, through the relevant department in the trade and with the cooperation of municipalities, will develop within one year of the entry into force of this Act, a digital guide markets and markets that are held in the different municipalities of the Region of Murcia ".
Moreover, the third transitional provision says: "The councils of the Region of Murcia should approve or, where appropriate, adapt their ordinances to this Act, within a maximum period of one year from the day following the entry into force of this Act ".
Clavero remember that this law was issued on July 8, 2014, so the July 7, 2015 is the deadline and "there is no material time to adapt if it is not already active".
