UPyD candidate for mayor of Molina de Segura, Encarna Hernandez, visited several shops and bars and restaurants of the municipality within the campaign launched by UPyD "We care about the retail and hospitality" and with which aims magenta training report its proposals for the next legislature.
Hernandez, who has been listening to turn ideas and complaints that conveyed merchants and restaurateurs, believes that small businesses are "seriously threatened in the town" without that the City "has been able to react with effective initiatives."
For UPyD spokesman, "we must place the revival of these sectors as a priority, to generate wealth and employment".
Specifically, Hernandez has agreed to launch five initiatives to boost trade and catering in Molina.
First, expand the budget of the Department of Trade and Handicrafts, to promote recreational and cultural activities to revive the "street life".
Second, implement policies of tax relief for merchants and restaurateurs, especially as regards the rate of rubbish, described as "abusive" and creating a commercial rate of water.
In addition, UPyD believes necessary to reactivate business hours Saturday afternoon, seeking synergies with leisure and culture.
Similarly, convert Molina de Segura in "City of Opportunity" with microcredit for entrepreneurs, less red tape and streamlining licensing activity.
Finally, boost training for the weaknesses of the sector and encouraging innovation.
In this sense, embodies Hernandez believes "it is possible to recover Molina as quintessential city for shopping and nightlife. But to change this policy must change."
