The Youth Council of the City of Molina de Segura, through the Integration Program Educational Facilities (ITEP), organized in secondary schools a series of intercultural activities, which are launched from January 26 to March, aimed at the students of first year of ESO.
The central core activity consists of a film forum, consisting of a video, after which concepts related to multiculturalism, as prejudices, stereotypes and positive elements of respect, tolerance and non-violence are discussed.
These activities will conclude with different information tables, to be held from 16 to 27 March to commemorate the Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, which is celebrated on March 21.
The purpose of these actions is to promote, in this age, values ​​such as tolerance and respect for diversity, while the interaction between different cultures is promoted.
