On August 5, 2013, Alderman C's Citizens Molina de Segura, D. Estanislao Vidal made a series of written questions to the Mayor, Eduardo Contreras, of the possibility that they were producing pollutant discharges.
Citizens received no response from the Mayor Molina, as is common in most of the writings that this Municipal Group presents this Consistory.
In that letter requesting an answer to the following questions:
Have there been any discharge into sewer Zinc by a company that is located in one of the industrial estates in our town?
Has detected by the company in its periodic analysis Sercomosa remains of zinc particles sewers of some of the estates of Molina de Segura?
Do we have evidence in the treatment plant has been collected wastewater with particles of zinc?
C's Citizens believes that the action by the Mayor of Molina to a possible case of such gravity was zero serious impact on the environment, much blame has who has been discharged pollutants, as he has not put any measures to prevent or detect it.
