The IU-Greens Municipal de Molina de Segura Group managed to pull off the three initiatives presented by the last regular plenary on Friday.
The three motions concerning the consequences for Murcia farmers diplomatic conflict between Russia and the European Union support for the purchase of books and school supplies and condemns the fascist assault of the Young Communists, were approved unanimously.
Antonio Lopez, Municipal spokesperson appreciates the unanimous support of the Consistory to the motion of support to farmers in the Region of Murcia and Molina de Segura in particular in relation to the economic sanctions imposed by Russia, urging the government and the EU to increase aid to alleviate such blocking.
Regarding the consequences for agriculture in Murcia Russian veto, IU-Greens secured a commitment from the council to urge the Government and the EU to increase aid to alleviate the consequences of the blockade.
Regarding the motion to assist in the purchase of books and school supplies, the adoption of the necessary mechanisms to mitigate the economic consequences for families agreed.
Also, in the Consistory showed its commitment to the conviction for ideological violence produced in past festivals and expressed solidarity with the Communist Youth for such acts.
