The City of Molina de Segura has been awarded one of the Region Awards Murcia 2014 Information Society, convened by the Socinfo Foundation and the journal Information Society, which will be delivered during the seminar Information Society in AC Murcia (II), which on Wednesday 17th September in Murcia.

Murcia honorees are: Regional Computer Centre of the Region of Murcia (Implementation and extension of an interoperability platform), Murcia Health Service (Platform for electronic public bidding SMS), Institute of Tourism Region of Murcia (Platform Tourism Marketing of the Region of Murcia), Instituto de Fomento de la Region de Murcia (generic), DG Education Centers (generic) Murcia City Hall (generic), City of Cartagena (generic), City of Molina de Segura (generic), University of Murcia (generic), Polytechnic University of Cartagena (Generic) Pharmaceutical Fraternity Mediterranean Cooperative Society (generic), Hero Spain SA (generic), Himoinsa, SL (generic), Hidrogea (generic), and Disfrimur (electronic service information sharing with third parties).

Also, the City of Molina de Segura has been awarded a Special Mention for its Smart Hybrid Cloud City Molina de Segura.

The aim of these awards Socinfo Foundation is to spread development projects Information Technology and Communication in the Public Administrations of the Region of Murcia applied to citizen services and internally to improve efficiency as well as business in its administrative and commercial activity.

Councilmember Citizen, Statistics, Electronic Administration, Modernization and Simplification, ICT and the City of Molina de Segura, Reme Lopez Paredes, participate in the third seminar table Information Society in the Region of Murcia (II), dedicated to local authorities, which will take place on Wednesday 17th September at 11.50 am in the Ministry of Finance.
