Molina de Segura organizes UPyD tomorrow Friday, November 15th, a lecture-discussion on the "custody" and the effects of new legislation relating to the rights and welfare of children.
The event will be held at the Municipal Center molinense urbanization of La Alcayna, at 20pm, and will feature two expert lawyers in the field: Miguel Sánchez López (councilor in turn of political education in the town of Caravaca Cross), and Vanessa Leiva barrocal (Specialist Mediation and Family Law).
The bill puts the Government's custody and not as an exception but as a decision that will benefit the judge, establishing this regime when most convenient and always putting the focus on the interest of the children.
For his part, the spokesman UPyD in Molina de Segura, the mayor embodies Hernandez, who will moderate the debate, pointed out that the new legislation that the Government works on this subject is the result of a compromise reached in Congress after a proposal UPyD, which has always defended this choice as "the most suitable way to ensure equality, where appropriate, between both parents."
"Until now," says Hernandez, "custody was individual in most cases, and 90% were for the mother. Thing which is also a limitation for women in the professional field."
