The Women's Associations and Centres of Molina de Segura finish their program with the arrival of summer.
The closing ceremony will take place on Thursday, May 16, at 19.00 pm in the Teatro Villa de Molina (in Chorrico Avenue, No. 10).
Attending the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, and the Councillor for Equality, Reme Lopez Paredes, who will deliver a gift to each of the women's associations in the municipality.
A total of 551 people from 26 women's associations, will attend the closing ceremony, where they can enjoy the show of singer and composer Paco Damas, in collaboration with Carlos Lopez (acoustic and electric).
This show, called 016 - The visible woman, mixing folk songs dedicated to women with poetry readings, performed by 10 women associations Molina de Segura, as Ernestina Champourcin, Josefina de la Torre, María Zambrano, Concha Méndez, Teresa of Calcutta, etc..
During the course we have developed all kinds of training, information, cultural and leisure activities, with the goal of personal and social development and the involvement of women in the implementation of the principles of equal opportunities in the municipality .
