As explained Encarna Hernandez, spokesman for political education in the town, the city of Molina de Segura must position themselves to defend the interests of the several dozen molinenses citizens, mostly young, affected by these delays, and that had that regional subsidy to afford your home.
Hernandez recalled that Molina affected are buyers who accessed public housing promotion held in the Private Altorreal, for whose construction the Consistory alienated public land.
Hernandez has complained that the Autonomous been practiced "the most absolute silence" on the issue: "no one knows the actual number of affected throughout the region, nor paralyzed records, nor how much total debt may amount to maintain the Community with its citizens in this respect. "

According UPyD, the Autonomous remained paralyzed since June 2010 files relating to the granting of the aid, because the budget provided for this purpose in 2012 was used for other purposes by decision of the Ministry of Public Works.
Meanwhile, appropriations to pay aid in 2013 amounted to an amount close to € 390,000, which has allowed just delays advancement and records dating paid in September 2010.
And now, according to the complaint UPyD, the Department does not anticipate any other 2014 budget allocation for the payment of aid that remain.
In this sense, Hernández "regretted the serious harm posed by these delays for buyers, and the fact that our administration unjustifiable autonomic grant a subsidy to the budget item was not available or has been used for other purposes."
Furthermore, UPyD has drawn attention to the disastrous management of the Autonomous Community with the delay in the payment of these grants of previous plans, which can lead not receive, as a punishment, state aid for new plans housing, in this case the new plan has been created to aid rehabilitation, urban regeneration and rent.
