The Municipal Corporation of the City of Molina de Segura, meeting in regular plenary on Monday October 29th, passed by an absolute majority of the council tax freeze for 2013.
This is the Property Tax (IBI), the Tax on Construction, Installations and Works (ICICI) and Tax Increment Value of Urban Land (IIVTNU, known as goodwill).
The Plenary approved the modification of the regulatory tax ordinances, they pose no municipal tax increase, but the incorporation of regulatory changes that affect them.
As explained by the Councillor for Economy and Finance, Victoria Gomez Alcazar, the most significant change is the extension for one year (in 2013) of the bonuses of IBI in the districts of Molina de Segura field.
This bonus is 50% and refers to those urban property located in the districts of molinense field, singled out for its links to primary activities of an agricultural nature.
It affects the areas between the hamlet of The Landing (from the junction of Archena) to the hamlet of El Fenazar, and included in the current General Plan Municipal Sectorizado as developable land.
This bonus applies automatically, without request by stakeholders for the financial year 2013.
