The Social Welfare Department of the City of Molina de Segura, through the Accompaniment Programme for Social Inclusion, has initiated a working group with women at risk of social exclusion.
This program has been working with people experiencing social exclusion since 2008, and has been found a need in the town to work with a profile of women with financial difficulties, social isolation and who need to improve their level of training, among other issues .
The new working group is composed of women who have the characteristics identified, and their goals are aimed at participants acquire the social skills and cope better in their daily lives.
The group started out on 27 September and will meet every Thursday until the 13th of November 2012.
The content provided in the schedule are: self-awareness, self-esteem, healthy lifestyles, citizenship and participation, career guidance, etc..
