The Women's Associations and Centres of Molina de Segura finish their program of activities with the arrival of summer.
The closing ceremony will take place on Thursday 17 May at 19.00 pm in the Teatro Villa de Molina (in Chorrico Avenue, No. 10).
Attend the First Deputy Mayor of the town, Worship Molina Lopez, and the Councillor for Equality, Reme Lopez Paredes, who will be presenting a gift to each of the women's associations in the municipality.
A total of 562 people from 26 women's associations, attend the closing ceremony, where they can enjoy the spectacle of the singer and composer Paco Ladies, in collaboration with Manuel Perez (acoustic and electric guitars).
This show, called Women of Meat and Verse, mixing folk songs dedicated to women with poetry readings, performed by 11 women molinenses associations of authors such as Concha Méndez, María T.
León, María Zambrano, Rosalia de Castro, Concepcion Arenal, etc..
During the course we have developed all kinds of training, information, cultural and leisure, with the goal of personal and social development and the involvement of women in the implementation of the principles of equal opportunities in the municipality .
