The Department of Social Welfare of the City of Molina de Segura has developed a Social Volunteer Municipal Regulations to be approved by the Municipal Council's regular Monday 27 February.
Today, more and more people are seeking to lend their time on a voluntary basis through the various programs that are developed in the Department of Social Welfare, especially in the Social Volunteer.
Thus, says Councillor for Social Welfare, Lola Vicente Quiles, "you must have the Social Volunteer Municipal Regulations, which serves as a policy tool and aims to regulate the conduct and content of Voluntary Social Services under Social Hall of Molina de Segura ".
The Regulation defines the concept of voluntary work, basic principles, system of rights and duties, recruitment procedures, integration and disassociation, as well as specific sectors of voluntary action, all under and in compliance with applicable laws of matter itself, both at the state (Law 6/1996 of January 15, Volunteer) and the autonomic (Law 5/2004 of 22 October Volunteer of the Region of Murcia and Law 3/2003 of 10 April, Social Services System in the Region of Murcia).
