The 15 students in the course Operations in Kitchen, provided by the city of Molina de Segura, and funded by the Regional Employment Service and Training (SEF) and the European Social Fund, made a total of 150 hours of internships in 10 companies sector, as reported by the Councillor for Employment molinense consistory, Sonia Carrillo Marble.
The course is one of the twelve given in Molina de Segura, aimed at unemployed and programmed into the Training Plan for Employment and Training Service (SEF) for the last quarter of 2011 and the first of 2012.
It began on November 23 and ending on February 29 and has had a duration of 260 teaching hours.
Once completed the same, students can ensure the knowledge gained by acting as a kitchen helper in restaurants, canteens, hotels and rooms for celebration.
