The signing of an agreement between the city of Molina de Segura and Miguel Gomez Consulting companies to provide free training to employers on equal opportunities has taken place today, Wednesday, Feb. 8, in the Press Room of City Hall.
The event was attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, Miguel Gomez responsible Consultants, SL, Alvaro de Miguel Jimenez, Councillor for Equality, María Remedios Lopez Paredes, President of the Association Mall Open Molina Segura, Juana Martinez Carbonell, and the President of the Association of Merchants and Vega Media (ASEMOL), Diego Nicolas Gil.
The agreement aims at fostering and training of effective equality of opportunity between women and men.
Miguel Gomez Consulting is a consulting firm specializing in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and implementation of equality plans in companies of the Region of Murcia, and will be responsible for providing free training courses in two different modes:
Classroom Training: Introduction to Equal Opportunities between Women and Men (5 hours): up to 15 courses per year.
The classroom training will be eligible only for companies with a workforce of between 50 and 249 workers.
Online Training: Introduction to Equal Opportunities between Women and Men (10 hours).
150 students will be admitted per 5,000 inhabitants.
These courses will be developed through the online training platform company www.aulamagiaca.es Miguel Gomez.
