The special program of activities organized by the Department of Culture and Celebration of the City of Molina de Segura for the upcoming Christmas 2011/2012, which has a prominent role the Carols Choral Competition XV de Molina, was unveiled Wednesday December 7 .
The presentation was attended by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, Councillor for Culture and Celebration, Mariola Martinez Robles, and the Director of the Kodály Choir (Choral Competition organizer), José Bermejo Martinez.
The XV Carols Molina Choral Competition, organized by the City molinense and coordinated by the Kodály Choir, takes place on Saturday December 10th at 20.00 pm in the Teatro Villa de Molina (in Chorrico Avenue, No. 10).
The show is free access to the invitation, which can be obtained from the 1st December at the offices of the Teatro Villa de Molina, Monday to Friday from 09.00 to 14.00, while supplies last locations.
The event will feature the participation of: Choir Music Group Alhama (Alhama de Murcia), Orpheus Choral Music (Murcia) and Grupo Vocal Kromática (Guadalajara), which is dealt three awards: first prize of 1,500 euros, second prize of $ 1,000, and third prize of 500 euros.

The Molina Carols Choral Competition emerges as a logical result of the significant activity with the coral to the municipality.
With its announcement, the Department of Culture intends to continue promoting the development of a cultural practice which involves a large number of citizens of Molina de Segura.
As human support and technical advice / musical event, the Department of Culture has the support of one of the oldest choirs in the city, the Coral Kodály.
