The Department of Social Welfare of the City of Molina de Segura launches integrated service, which brings together toy libraries in previous years, and is aimed at children aged 6 to 12 years.
The service is incorporated into the Family and Children program of the council.
"The priority is to encourage and enhance the growth and development of children and work with families through support and technical advice in relation to education and children's needs," explains Councillor for Social Welfare, Lola Vicente Quiles.
To this end, we offer different alternatives to leisure time, encourage their integration into the community.
Foremost among other physical activities / sports, health education and environmental conservation, promotion of social skills, children's entertainment and reading, and tutoring.
The service is provided at 16.00 hours to 19.00 hours, Monday through Friday, from November 2011 to June 2012.
Its scope covers the town of Molina de Segura and is divided into two areas: neighborhoods of El Castillo and Fatima.
The activity started with a total of 60 children, who have been selected by a technical team of educators and social workers from the Department of Social Welfare, prioritizing their participation according to established technical criteria.
