The opening ceremony of the renovation and expansion of the Health Center Dr. Antonio Garcia Garcia Molina de Segura has taken place on Friday 11 February, and has been assisted by the Mayor of the town, Eduardo Contreras Linares, Managing Director Murciano Health Service (SMS), José Antonio Alarcón González, General Director of SMS Healthcare, Blázquez Magina Pedrero, the Area Manager VI, Thomas Salvador Fernández Pérez, Councillor for Health, Lola Vicente Quiles, and Coordinator of the Health Center Dr. Antonio García García, Emilio Pérez Macanás.

The investment made during the twelve months that lasted the work amounts to 1,014,217.07 euros.

The area affected by the remodeling has an area of 1,318 square meters and have taken action in the following departments: Pediatrics (eight consultations and nursing room); Care for Women; rooms extractions and Cures, Rehabilitation, Administration; and auxiliary units (electrical boxes, rack, etc.)..
