The director general for the Promotion of Culture and the Book, Francisco Giménez, today introduced the fifth cycle of literary events 'writers in their ink 2011', which takes place from February 3 to May 4 in Molina de Segura.
Accompanied him during the presentation the mayor, Eduardo Contreras, the councilman of Culture, Maria Dolores Martinez, coordinator of the cycle, Lola Grace.
Enrique Vila-Matas, Alfredo Gomez Cerda, Eduardo Mendoza, Jerome Tristant, Care Santos and Jorge Bucay are writers who make up the lineup this year of the cycle organized by the Ayuntamiento de Molina de Segura and has the support of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in the Region of Murcia and 'La Caixa'.
The literary cycle opens on Thursday, February 3 at 20:00 pm in the Library Salvador García Aguilar Enrique Vila Matas.
The cycle is oriented as well, since last year, secondary education institutes, so that this time will be the writers and Care Alfredo Gómez Cerdá Santos makers to share their experiences with students.
In the four previous years have gone by Molina de Segura some of the most prominent writers of national and international scene, and Ana Maria Matute, Zoé Valdés, Alfredo Bryce Echenique, Luis Leante, Ian Gibson, Luis Rojas Marcos, Angela Vallvey, Javier Cercas Fernando Sanchez Drago, and María Ángeles Caso Dueñas.
