The results for the year 2010 in pest control in the town of Molina de Segura has been exceptional, achieving high rates of infection in both rodents and cockroaches that have led to record figures for the past 20 years, as reported Councillor of the City Health molinense, Lola Vicente Quiles.
So, in rodents, the overall infection rate of the entire municipality has been less than 1% (0.46%) when the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends as optimal for urban infestation rates below 8%.
In cockroaches, the infestation rate was of 5.37%, with a significant decline from previous years.
Lola Vincent explains, "These results have been the result of the implementation of new technologies for the working methodology."
We have designed a specific computer software for Molina de Segura, Movildata developed by the company, which includes live and via GPS all the work of the operators, being recorded the location of their vehicles and make daily trips.
Furthermore, these workers, who belong to the concessionaire of the service, GAM Group, identified via GPS every 6,224 existing sewer manholes in the town and are treated with 100% pre-established parameters of methodology and determine that at each point that verifies the presence of rodents or cockroaches, weekly treatments are made to its eradication, later moving to monthly and then quarterly inspections.

Also, the municipality continues to serve free of charge and within 48 hours, all allegations or complaints of citizens on any pest that affects public health.
During 2010 it has verified the decrease of complaints received in previous years, being almost nonexistent by rodents, and focusing them on cockroaches and mosquitoes.
