The collective "Trazo6", an art and creation group, hangs a collection of 23 works in the Municipal Exhibition Hall Los Postigos, among which different aspects of painting can be observed, both in technique and theme.
"Trazo 6" is formed by four artists: Manuel Vacas, Manuel Laguna, Carlos Menéndez and María José Caride.
The exhibition, which will remain open until April 15, was inaugurated on March 1 by the Councilors of Commerce and Equality, Concepción Orenes Hernández and Rocío Balsalobre Sánchez, respectively.
In the exhibition you can see everyday scenes that show a mood, sometimes playful or holiday, sometimes with a strong emotional charge.
The portraits that are presented refer the viewer to a psychological part of the person, not limited to achieving physical resemblance, risking and deepening in the personality of the person portrayed.
The collective of artists "Trazo6" focuses its work on realistic figuration.
The artists that make it up believe in the richness of diversity and its capacity to generate ideas.
The passion for painting could be the highlight of this eclectic group of artists who have decided to join forces and ideas to work in a new field of joint action.
In each of its exhibitions, the components of "Trazo6" aim to surprise and please the viewer, but also to sow a seed of controversy, since among the principles of this collective is to carry out a constructive criticism and generate social debate, simply with the intention of improving, as far as possible, society.
