The Hospital de Molina is the most recent institution to join the Manifesto for Equal Opportunities of the Observatory of the Organization of Women Entrepreneurs and Professionals of Murcia.
This adherence is part of the equality measures that the health center applies among its staff, among which we can highlight the adaptation of work shifts according to the maternal-paternal / filial needs, the possibility of teleworking and time flexibility depending on the the characteristics of the jobs of the organization.
In addition, the Molina Hospital includes in its personnel selection processes the recognition of the right to conciliation of personal, family and work life and ensures non-discriminatory participation in said processes.
"We join the commitment to equality that the collective of women entrepreneurs and professionals, thus expanding our responsibility to a more equitable world" says the managing director of the Hospital de Molina, Pedro Hernández Jiménez.
"For OMEP, the accession of Hospital de Molina to a text that pursues the pact of the entire Murcian society in favor of equal opportunities is very valuable", points out the president of OMEP, Manoli Marín, who has announced that the Observatory will revise this year the content of the aforementioned document to adapt it to the current needs of women before Murcia society.
