In its commitment to the labor integration of the disability, the Molina Hospital has received the students of the SEF Course "Auxiliary Operations of Administrative and General Services", taught by FEYCSA, to carry out their training practices in the Hospital Center.
During the month of these practices (22 December 19 January), the 10 students with physical and / or intellectual disabilities, divided into two groups of five, will know the different work procedures, always within the administrative branch, in different departments of the Hospital: Administration, File, Diagnostic Imaging, etc.
All this, accompanied by the team of professionals from each of the Hospital Departments and Services.
For all students, it is their first contact with the professional world.
So this experience will serve to know the internal workings of a company and start in the labor practice.
