The Jaime López Professional Music Conservatory, the Molina de Segura Municipal Music Band, the Molina de Segura Chamber Orchestra, the Hims Mola Municipal Polyphonic Choir and the BATUTA Virginia association collaborate in the organization
The Department of Culture of the City of Molina de Segura, on the occasion of the feast of the patron saint of music, has organized the Week of Music Santa Cecilia 2017, which will take place in the municipality between November 22 to December 3 .
For this, it has had the collaboration of the Professional Music Conservatory Maestro Jaime López, the Municipal Music Band of Molina de Segura, the Hims Mola Municipal Polyphonic Choir, the Molina de Segura Chamber Orchestra and the BATUTA Virginia association.
The program was presented at a press conference on Wednesday, November 15, by the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the Councilor for Culture, Pedro Jesús Martínez Baños, and the Director of the Professional Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime López, Antonio José García Ramón.
The activities, which will be developed for the most part in the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium (in the Museum of the Enclave of the Wall, MUDEM), are the following:
Tuesday, November 22, at 6:00 p.m., at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium, concert of students from the Jaime López Conservatory of Music, dedicated to the ASTRADE Association.
Tuesday, November 22, at 8:30 p.m., at the Las Balsas Center, a concert of Chamber Music students from the Jaime López Music Conservatory, in collaboration with the AVESCO Neighborhood Association.
Wednesday November 23, at 5:00 pm, at the Auditorium Virginia Martínez Fernández, audition of the Children's Orchestra of the Municipal School of Music and the String Orchestra of the Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime López, directed by Raúl Céspedes Cascales.
Wednesday, November 23, at 6:00 pm, at the Auditorium Virginia Martínez Fernández, audition for the Children's Band of the Municipal School of Music and the Band of the Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime López, directed by Daniel Férriz Azorín and Francisco Javier Paternáin Peñarrubia.
Saturday, November 25, at 8:00 pm, at the Auditorium Virginia Martínez Fernández, concert of the Municipal Band of Molina de Segura, directed by Francisco Javier Paternáin Peñarrubia.
Sunday, November 26, at noon, at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium, concert of the Municipal Orchestra of Music Hims Mola, directed by Raúl Céspedes Cascales.
Friday, December 1, at 8:30 pm, at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium, Hims Mola Municipal Polifónica Choral Concert, conducted by Pilar Fernández and Manuel Arnaldos.
Sunday December 3, at 12.00, at the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium, multi-percussion concert, organized by the BATU.TA Virginia Association.
