The new website of the Museum of the Enclave of the Wall (MUDEM), promoted by the Department of Culture of the City of Molina de Segura, was presented at a press conference today Thursday, October 5.
The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the Councilor for Culture, Pedro Jesús Martínez Baños, the First Lieutenant of the Mayor and Councilor for Information and Communication Technologies (TIC), Fernando Miñana Hurtado, and the person in charge of the company Esatur Servicios, Carlos Garulo.
"Our City Council, through the Department of Culture, is aware that the knowledge of our cultural heritage and its dissemination have a direct impact on the protection and safeguarding of it. It is a satisfaction that MUDEM is part of the strong cultural network of Molina de Segura ", highlights the Councilor for Culture, Pedro Jesus Martinez.
The MUDEM is a cultural space that protects and diffuses part of the medieval history of Molina de Segura, the old Mulina or Mulinat At Sikka.
Since the opening of the Museum of the Enclave of the Wall (MUDEM) has been intended to give maximum dissemination.
It has been presented at FITUR (International Tourism Fair) 2017 and is present in social networks and in the press, where an advertising campaign was conducted last year.
All these actions together with the novelty of the museum proposal have allowed visitors, both groups and individuals, to reach an estimated 15,000 people.
Within this eagerness of diffusion is framed the realization of the specific municipal page of the MUDEM that today is presented.
In it you can find all the information of the museum through the different sections of it.
The realization of the web page comes under the contract that the City of Molina de Segura has signed with the company Esatur and that includes diverse aspects of promotion, besides the attention of the service of guides that is provided in the MUDEM.
This website is a further step in the development of the museum, an element that emphasizes the existence of it and that makes cultural and social profitability from this cultural infrastructure of the first order.
