The Dental Clinic of the Hospital de Molina and the Town Hall of Alguazas have signed this morning a collaboration agreement whereby the Dental Clinic will provide oral and dental treatments to people with high social vulnerability index.
The event was attended by the Mayor of Alguazas, Blas Ángel Ruipérez Peñalver, and the co-director of the Dental Clinic of the Hospital de Molina, Juan Francisco Piqueras Gómez, who explained that "within the framework of our social commitment, we want to offer A series of treatments to people of Alguazas in situation of vulnerability, with the objectives to solve a problematic essential for the development of their life, to prevent other diseases derived from a poor oral health, to improve their self-esteem and to facilitate, in a transversal way, the access To training and employability resources ".
Through this agreement, and following a referral report by the Department of Social Services, people with social needs can access a professional dental care in the modalities of free or partial.
In its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility, the Hospital de Molina maintains a close collaboration with the Town Hall of Alguazas and the rest of Consistories of the Region of Vega Media, convinced of the importance of establishing public-private partnerships with which to improve Both the society, its health, and the nearest environment.
