The act of signing an agreement between the City of Molina de Segura and the Pure State Association for the organization of the National Break Dance Championship.
Southeast 2017 Project was held Thursday, July 6, in the Press Room of the municipality of Molina.
The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, the President of the Pure State Association, Rafael Contreras López, and the First Lieutenant of the Mayor and Councilor for Youth, Fernando Miñana Hurtado, attended the event.
The purpose of this agreement, approved by the Local Government Board on 20 June, is the grant by the City Council of a grant of 10,000 euros to the State Puro Youth Association, in order to meet the expenses arising from the organization Of the Break Dance Championship Southeast 2017 Project, which will take place on Saturday, September 30, 2017, at 8:15 pm, in the Municipal Auditorium.
The Pure State Association has among its aims to promote urban culture and especially Break Dance.
It is constituted since 2007, and its members are boys and girls who, besides carrying out activities in this field, are very participative in the youthful associative life of the municipality.
The National Break Dance Championship Southeast Project is an initiative of the Puro State Youth Association.
This is a national event that has been taking place for eleven years and that, from the beginning, has had the close collaboration of the City of Molina de Segura.
The activity has more than ninety dancers and brings more than a thousand spectators, taking place within the framework of the Patron Saint's Festivities.
