"The importance of monitors during pregnancy and postpartum recovery" has centered the talk that the midwife of the Hospital de Molina, Emilia Redondo Hortelano, together with the gynecologists of the hospital center, Esperanza Gadea Niñoles and Andrea Manzano Roldán, have taught in the Frame of the 5th Week of the Hospital.
During the talk, specialists at the Hospital de Molina have emphasized the importance of pregnant women preparing for childbirth, so that they can live the experience in the best possible way.
Similarly, but after childbirth, they have highlighted the need to prepare the pelvic floor - through Kegel exercises, Chinese balls and hypopressive exercises - to prevent alterations derived from childbirth, and even derived from the mere fact of being a woman.
Parallel to this talk, the Gynecology and Pediatrics Services of the Hospital de Molina have attended the consultations of users of women's associations and patients who have approached the facilities of the hospital.
