The first edition of Tu Barrio in Equality, organized by the Department of Equality of the City of Molina de Segura, in the development of the 4th Equal Opportunities Plan and in commemoration of March 8, United Nations Day for the Rights of the Women and Peace International, will take place on Wednesday, March 8, in the multipurpose room of the Social Center of San Roque.
This is the first activity, included within a larger program that will later be developed in different social centers of the municipality.
The program of activities for this day is as follows:
10.30 to 12.30: Personal defense workshop for women.
From 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Cooking with family, cooking in equality.
The Councilor for Equality, Rocío Balsalobre Sánchez, considers it "important to bring to the citizenry messages of equality, bringing to the different neighborhoods and pedanías actions aimed at eradicating inequality."
