The Department of Crafts of the City of Molina de Segura organizes a new edition of the Craft Market Zoco del Guadalabiad, which is held on Saturday 4 March, from 5 pm to 9 pm, in the Plaza de Europa.
As usual every first Saturday of the month, the Souk will have artisan products such as honey and sweets, jewelry, ceramics, brooches, leather, natural cosmetics, etc., as well as workshops where children can participate in various activities.
FANTASIA DE CARNAVAL is the chosen theme for this edition.
The Souk is filled with magic and color, offering a whole range of handicraft products, and invites all to participate in different fantastic activities, costume parade, dance exhibition, pincers, photocall, drawing and costume workshops, etc.
The proposal of the Souk, with 4 hours charged with illusion, begins at 17.30 with a dance exhibition by the girls of the Dance Academy Lola Cerón de Molina de Segura, which will delight the public with their dances to the rhythm of Carnival, and will give way, from 18.00 hours, to a great carnival parade, where all visitors who come disguised and wish to participate will receive a gift.
After the parade the dancers return and offer to share with them the dance area to perform their dances.
At the same time, the children can also participate in workshops, enjoy the inflatable castle or go through the pintacaras stand to make or complete their costume.
The market closes with a raffle of gifts among all participants.
For the celebration of the market, the Department of Crafts has counted on this occasion with the collaboration of Project ABRAHAM and Dance Academy Lola Cerón.
