The Municipality of Molina de Segura has received the Autonomous 2017 Award for the best initiative to improve the quality of life of families affected by rare diseases, granted by the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER).
The award will be presented during the official event of the World Rare Disease Day in Spain and the ERDF 2017 Awards, which will take place on Thursday, March 2 at 11:00 am at the Museo del Prado in Madrid.
The Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, will receive the award from Her Majesty Queen Letizia.
The City of Molina de Segura receives this award in recognition of its historic commitment to the promotion, defense and support of those affected by rare diseases.
