The company Emilia Yagüe Producciones (Madrid) presents the drama EL PINTOR DE BATALLAS, based on the novel by Arturo Pérez-Reverte, on Saturday 18 February at 9 pm at the Teatro Villa de Molina (at Avenida del Chorrico, n. 10).
The ticket price is 15 euros.
The work is directed by Antonio Álamo and carried out by Alberto Jiménez and Jordi Rebellón.
Faulques is, in fact, a war photographer who, after thirty years of profession, has acquired a tower in whose circular walls works in his last photo, in the photo that he could not do: a fresco painting with which he intends to deploy the Ruthless rules that hold war as a mirror of life.
Faulques receives the visit of a stranger whose face, however, has seen thousands of times.
It is the face of the defeat: Ivo Markovic, a Croatian who shot with his camera in Vukovar during the Croatian War of Independence and with which he won a prestigious photography prize.
He came to kill him.
But first he needs me to understand certain things.
Faulques also needs some answers and so he will not flee or try to defend himself ... For the moment.
