The City Council of Culture of Molina de Segura, on the occasion of the festival of the patron of music, has organized the Music Week Santa Cecilia 2016, to be held in the municipality between 22 and 27 November.
For this, he has had the collaboration of the Maestro Jaime López Professional Music Conservatory, the Hims Mola Municipal Polyphonic Choir, and the BATUTA Virginia association.
The program was presented at a press conference, Friday, November 18, by the Mayor of the town, Esther Clavero Mira, Councilor for Culture, Pedro Jesús Martínez Baños, President of the BATUTA Virginia Association, José Ortiz Gambín, the Director of the Municipal Polyphonic Choir Hims Mola, Manuel Arnaldos Serrano, and the Director of the Professional Conservatory of Music Maestro Jaime López, Antonio José García Ramón.
The activities, which will all take place in the Virginia Martínez Fernández Auditorium (in the Wall Enclave Museum, MUDEM), are the following:
Tuesday, November 22 at 7:30 pm, concert of students of the Jaime López Conservatory of Music.
Wednesday, November 23, at 7:30 pm, concert of the Music Band of the Music Conservatory Maestro Jaime López, directed by Francisco Javier Paternáin Peñarrubia.
Friday, November 25, at 8 pm, Conference / Concert Music in time of Cervantes, by Pedro Olivares and the Municipal Polyphonic Choir Hims Mola.
Saturday November 26, at 8 pm, concert of the Municipal Music Band of Molina de Segura, directed by Francisco Javier Paternáin Peñarrubia.
Sunday, November 27, at 12.00 a concert of the Municipal Orchestra Hims Mola, directed by Raúl Céspedes Cascales.
