The City of Molina de Segura has established a collaboration agreement with the Association for Project Abraham collecting clothes, shoes and toys in the town and villages.
Through it, offer training activities for collective partnership in social exclusion that improve the skills and knowledge, in order to facilitate their employability.
Therefore, the workshop has been chosen sewing and repairing clothes.
The activity is aimed at people over 18 years the municipality unemployed prolonged low level of training and serious difficulties in accessing a standard work.
Recipients are 12 people selected by the technicians of the Department of Social Welfare with the following profile: low level of education;
and difficulties in finding work for social, economic and cultural factors.
The sewing workshop began on October 24 and ends on November 7.
It has developed from Monday to Friday in the morning, in the Social Center of Punta del Place.
The City Council has provided the venue for the workshop and the association provides the monitor, and the means necessary for their development :, four industrial sewing machines, iron and other materials.
