The Department of Consumer Affairs of the City of Molina de Segura has organized a talk on Wednesday, November 2 at 20:00 pm in the auditorium of the College of Education Child Paseo Rosales (The Garden), which will be reported attendees of the steps to be followed, the people affected by the "shares in the CAM" to carry out tending to recover their savings lawsuits.
The talk will include the involvement of Councillor of Consumer Affairs, Esther Sanchez Rodriguez, Technician OMIC, Jesus Montoya Oribe, and attorney advisor to the OMIC, Simon Sanchez Tudela.
From the Department of Consumer it is reminded those affected that the claims must be submitted before December 7, the date on ending the liquidation of such shares by Banco Sabadell.
CAM was the first bank to launch this product and made personally calling customers, following a protocol marked by the central entity, seeking to savers with funds fixed term generally and explaining that they had a product for them, but without informing them of the risks that existed after these equities.
In most cases, according to the OMIC of Molina de Segura, those affected are elderly who have said they were told that it was "fixed deadlines".
The action currently being proposed in the courts is the "relative nullity for lack of consent" because, in the contracts between the parties, as established by the Civil Code, the consent shall be void if paid by mistake, and such Error invalidate consent when falling upon the conditions that had given rise to the conclusion of the contract.
