The Department of Environment of the City of Molina de Segura this new course begins with the opening of the Information Centre of Nature Alto del Rellano on Sunday 11 September, from 10.00 to 14.00.
The aim is to publicize the environmental values ​​of Vicente Blanes Ecological Park and its natural environment, scenic and cultural values ​​of the area and the own ecological park, places of geological interest, the marked nature trails and other resources for ecotourism, in addition to the rural life of the village where it is located, the landing.
To do this, they have designed numerous activities, including guided tours, workshops, audiovisual lectures, to promote awareness and respect for the environment.
Opening the calendar will be the second and fourth Sunday of each month, offering people the visitors information about the natural and rural environment and a varied selection of activities.
Every Sunday, people who come to The Landing will enjoy a guided tour environmental and participate in an environmental workshop with different themes adapted to all audiences.
Participation is free and no prior registration required.
In addition, every Sunday opening, people who come to the Nature Center Alto del Rellano can visit one of the most interesting exhibits of fossils of Murcia and know the geological history of the area.
The schedule for the months of September, October, November and December 2016 includes a set of related flora and fauna activities, traditions Campo de Molina, the landscape or the geological richness of the environment.
In this period, 8 guided medium-low difficulty routes and 8 environmental workshops for the whole family and groups of friends will be made.
