The deputy of the Socialist Group, Presen López Piñero, demands continued not to discriminate against Molina de Segura developments on public transport.
López Piñero has filed a motion in the Regional Assembly calling for equal treatment for these neighbors.
He considers that it is the responsibility of the public administration in various fields provide basic transportation services to this town, "and in this sense the Autonomous Community must ensure and strengthen the maintenance of a basic right for residents and neighbors of Molina Safe ".
The municipality of Molina de Segura is located 10 km from the regional capital and has become over the years an important communications hub;
It has led to the installation of major industries in the municipality and has registered in the last forty years an extraordinary urban, economic and demographic growth, being the fourth population in importance of the region with more than 62,000 inhabitants and where developments are an essential part of the same.
The Socialist deputy said that the Ministry of Development with responsibility for transport should apply equitable criteria for funding public transport concessions.
"Residents of the districts and neighborhoods of Molina de Segura, especially those in Altorreal, with more than 8,000 inhabitants, have suffered unacceptable discrimination against other population centers, especially if we consider the bonus rates" charged.
