The projection of the three episodes of the documentary project Towards a Primavera Rosa, referrals to Tunisia, Russia and Mexico, where the first-hand testimony of the LGBT community in these countries and the existing problems in this respect is collected, will be screened on Friday 17 June, at 21.00, in the Auditorium Virginia Martinez Fernandez (in the Enclave of the Wall of Molina de Segura).
Towards Primavera Rosa it is a multiplatform documentary project originated in Spain by the filmmaker Mario de la Torre, in collaboration with Amnesty International and Human Rights Program at the University Rey Juan Carlos I in Madrid.
Through its chapters know the plurality of the problem LGTB in several countries.
This project aims to conduct a study of the companies under different cultural backgrounds, have a common goal: the struggle for human rights and acceptance of socially stigmatized sexual freedom.
Towards Primavera Rosa it has been shown at international festivals such as Documentamadrid, Inter West Nordic Film Festival (Norway) or MedFilm (Latvia).
The director Mario de la Torre, director of the project, was nominated for a Goya Award in 2008 for the documentary Harraga.
These documentaries will be presented in Molina de Segura by Alfonso Palazón molinense, a professor at Rey Juan Carlos I University and contributor to the project as a photographer and producer.
