The Governing Board of the City of Molina de Segura has approved, on Tuesday, April 26, the call for subsidies of 48 euros for the payment of IBIU (Property Tax urban nature), which will benefit pensioners (over 65 years and widowhood) and long-term unemployed, as reported by the Councillor for Social Welfare, Angel Navarro Garcia.
The agreement contemplates that rise from 44 euros to 48 euros the amount of subsidy per beneficiary household.
The budgetary allocation for this purpose includes a maximum expenditure of 69,000 euros.
Over the past year 2015, the City of Molina de Segura approved a total of 1,191 applications, representing 52,404 euros for the grant IBIU this group.
These grants, which are currently taking place since 2006, are covered by municipal ordinances, and can benefit from them pensioners (over 65 years and widowhood), and long-term unemployed who meet certain requirements.
As explained by the Councillor for Social Welfare, "these groups, in most cases, require special protection and financial assistance to meet the costs they bear. The expenses incurred in the housing are a fixed expense to be borne with regardless of their income level or income. "
